Sun Stand Still _{What Happens When You Dare To Ask God For The Impossible}

I'm praying for my fire to come back. The fire I had when I first became a follower of Jesus and I was experiencing joy and expecting miracles every day. I'm praying for a feeling of certainty, and that He would remove the cloud of confusion over my head. I'm praying to know God's will and His direction, even if it's only a step at a time. I'm praying for His provision, not just for my needs, but even for my wants...so that I may be able to steward my finances wisely and use what I have to bless others more. I'm praying for my family and believing that this is the year that they will be saved. I'm praying for my own future family. That I would be patient in waiting, but also expectant, that I would know with full confidence by faith that God can grant me the desires of my heart, even if I don't see how these will come to pass. And I pray to be able to release my burdens and worries...that I may be able to experience His comfort, rest, and love. -

We are in desperate need for the Sun to stand still over our daughter, Miranda's current spiritual situation. She has recently married a guy who says he is an atheist. She will not talk to any of her immediate family. We pray for salvation, & relational healing. Thank You! -

My SSS prayer is that the knowledge my son has of God in his head will move to his heart and that he will be saved. -

My prayer is that the 5 month old church plant where I work reaches 500 by the end of the calender year. God has shown us that HE has prepared the the ground for a bountiful harvest & we long to be his field workers. -

My prayer is that my future husbands family would be wrecked with Christ and that God would use us throughout the Middle East to spread His truth and love. -

I pray that God would grow the Fire in my soul to spread His Love to the world, and to have a desire to save every lost soul. -

God, I pray that you would use me to start a mighty movement of God in a major metropolitan city that would birth other mighty movements of God in other major metropolitan cities all over the world God, I also pray for my family and my wife's that they would all come to know you. God, I pray for my son that you would raise him up to be a mighty man of God in his generation. -

1. Deeper relationship with Him 2. The cancer that is in my body to be healed 3. Direction in my life, where does God want me? 4. Finances 5. Job? -

Recognizing in belief that my God is able to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine... LORD, please save, secure, and deliver the family member and friends I have been praying for so so long. Keep us humble and contrite. Give us a clarity of sight that silences pride and inflames our peace and godly Love for you and others. Let the billions of people that will be saved still be too few - let as many as possible be saved. -- In the beginning of 2008, during a group prayer in which I asked for help with my novel, a word was given to my friend: "God's going to make the sun stand still for you." I asked You, LORD, for guidance about what that meant, but I got the idea You were saying your were going to make it work... Your miraculous way! So, according to Your will, use my book to bring as many people into the Kingdom as possible and to unimaginably strengthen the brothers and sisters already within it. Please guide me to the right publisher, and give me the endurance, hope, discernment, faith, and Love to do your will. Keep me steadfast in humility and Grace. Because I know You are the Word, and You are Salvation. And so You deserve all honor and credit for everything good that results from your Word -- whether it been in book form or spoken, artwork or songs, prayer or preaching. Please complete your purpose for me. And all in your Kingdom. And unify us into one Church again with Your Word. And: Grant me and my brothers and sisters each an unimaginably, sanctified marriage in Your wisdom and Love. Be my Everlasting Love. Be our Everlasting Love. Be my Everlasting Love... and let the world be transformed by the Love they see between us. Let the hearts of scoffers thaw and fill with your Son...! In Jesus Loving, Holy Name, Amen! -

So God has called me to go from a janitor at a church to one day be a Church-Planter. I have a few families that believe in my calling, and ready to go with me. My "Sun Stand Still" prayer, is that God would start guiding me in the way we should go. We are several hundred miles away from our destination with little funds, and lots of small kids, but to God our problems are tiny. He controls the wind and the waves and the sun.
